Fees: 30 minute free initial consultation
- $95 per 50-min. individual session
- $95 per 50-min. family session
- $45 per 100-min. group session
- $30 per 50-min. group session
Sliding Fee Scales: If finances make it
difficult for you to obtain services, let's
discuss a financial arrangement that
works for both of us.
Insurance: I am currently on the
MHN/Healthnet Insurance panel and am an
affiliate with the Providence Employee
Assistance Program.
A little something about groups:
- No more than 8 participants per group
- Group is closed when filled
- Initial consult and pre-registration required
Payment:
- Cash, check or payment through http://www.obopay.com (a comprehensive mobile way of payment)
- Payment is due at time of service
- I will provide a receipt to present to insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carrier for details.
