My practice is focused on Teen Girls and Women Issues to address Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Anger/Emotion Control, Depression, Grief and Loss, Ethnic Identity, & Racial Trauma.

Therapeutic modalities I incorporate with my clients include Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy and Systems Theory.  My practice is dedicated to improving the lives of Teen Girls, Women and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or People of Color).  As a woman of color, I welcome the opportunity to discuss how oppression and racism impact our mental health and wellbeing.

Providing group clinical supervision for those working towards licensure in Oregon is heart work for me.  I am sparked and dedicated to supporting BIPOC (Black, indigenous, and people of color) therapists working toward licensure by creating an inclusive space to discuss race-based stress and trauma.

Clinical group supervision with me will include:
